From 2007 to 2011, about 13.6% the 13,627 UPMC employees participating in MyHealth, UPMC's incentivized employee wellness program reduced their health risks, which resulted in lower per member per month (PMPM) combined medical and pharmacy costs. UPMC Workplace Wellness Program Reduced Employee Health Care Costs
