VA REACH VET Program Best Model For Identifying Veterans At Greater Risk Of Suicide
About 76% of veterans identified as at-risk of suicide by a predictive analytics program used by the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) were not flagged as at-risk by other VHA screening programs. The predictive analytics program is called Recovery Engagement and Coordination for Health-Veterans Enhanced Treatment (REACH VET); the VHA began using it in 2017.
