Founded in 1965, Ozark Center is a non-profit community mental health center that provides trauma-informed behavioral health services to communities in Missouri. The organization initially became an entity of Freeman Health System in 1996 and achieved Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) status in July 2017.
