Connecting Communities to Care

When a community mental health center in Alabama identified the need to address barriers to care within their community, the organization worked to close those gaps. From partnerships with local school systems to bring school-based therapy to children in school and more recently at home during the COVID-19 crisis, to partnerships with local jails and law enforcement to bring case management and mobile crisis services to justice-involved individuals, virtual technology has helped WellStone better connect its community to care.
