Minnesota Olmstead Plan Gap Report For March To September 2015

This report was released in January 2016 by the Minnesota Olmstead Subcabinet to the court overseeing the state’s compliance with a September 2014 court order in the Jensen class-action lawsuit, in which the court ordered the state to expand access to community based services. The report is a status update required by the settlement. It includes statistics on the number of people who have moved from segregated settings into more integrated settings; the number of people who are no longer on the waiting list; and the results of any quality of life measures . . .
