Woods Services Inc., v. Disability Rights New York

The complaint was filed on January 24, 2018, by Woods Services, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides residential services for people with intellectual/developmental disability (I/DD). Woods alleges that Disability Rights New York, a designated protection and advocacy organization, defamed Woods in a report released in October 2017. In that report, DRNY alleged that Woods had provided inadequate care to its residents.
