Report Of The Independent Reviewer In U.S. v. Georgia, March 24, 2017

On March 24, 2017, the State of Georgia released this report of an independent review in U.S. v. Georgia. The terms of the settlement agreement and its extension require structural and programmatic changes in the systems of support provided by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) for adults in the target population. The extension agreement requires a semi-annual, independent review of state compliant to the settlement agreement. This is the March 24 report for that stipulation.
