Arkansas House Bill 1706 Of 2017: To Create The Medicaid Provider-Led Organized Care Act
This bill was signed into law on April 3, 2017. It establishes a provider-led organized care system called the Provider-Led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity (PASSE) Model of Care that administers and delivers health care services to Medicaid beneficiaries with significant behavioral health needs. Eligible populations include people with serious mental illness, people with addiction disorder, and people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
