Rhode Island DD Interim Settlement Agreement, Monitor’s Report For October 1, 2015 To March 31, 2017

On May 19, 2017, this report was filed by the court monitor for Interim Settlement Agreement U.S. v. the State of Rhode Island and the City of Providence. The report reviews actions taken by the State of Rhode Island Department Behavioral Health Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals (BHDDH) and related divisions to meet the terms of the settlement agreement. The settlement agreement is a result of findings that approximately 200 individuals with developmental disabilities served by two programs, TTP and the Harold A.
