Joint Commission, Coalition For Health AI Focus On Working Toward Voluntary AI Certification
New, national guidance on artificial intelligence (AI) use in health care delivery from Joint Commission and the Coalition for Health AI (CHAI) recommends that health care systems prepare to safely and effectively implement AI at scale.
The two organizations launched a strategic partnership in June 2025 to develop guidance via a series of products and playbooks to be released during 2025 and 2026 on the responsible use of AI in health care.
