On February 18, 2021, investment firm Battery Ventures launched a new cloud-based platform called Behavioral Holdings intended to help behavioral health and human services organizations operate more effectively. The platform is based on technology solutions developed by Welligent and DATIS HR Cloud. Welligent provides cloud-based electronic health records for behavioral health and other industry-specific workflow software. DATIS HR Cloud provides cloud-based human-resources and payroll software.
