Consumers who used a direct-to-consumer telehealth service between June 2020 and June 2021 gave Teladoc the highest satisfaction ranking, with a score of 874. MDLIVE was ranked second, with a score of 868. MyTelemedicine was ranked third, with a score of 859. Consumers who used a telehealth service provided by a health plan gave UnitedHealthcare the highest satisfaction ranking, with a score of 868.
