Equine-Assisted Therapy Center, Lone Pine Acres, Opens In Hopwood, Pennsylvania
Lone Pine Acres, an equine-assisted therapy center, opened in Hopwood, Pennsylvania. The center will serve people with disabilities and mental needs, such as muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, spina bifida, developmental delay, autism, visual and hearing impairment, at-risk youth, injured and disabled veterans. Services include certified equestrian therapy (EAGALA) and AHA hypotherapy, or adaptive equestrian.
