Quest Diagnostics (Quest) recently announced it will be acquiring Mobile Medical Examination Service (MedXM). The financial terms of the purchase have not yet been disclosed.

Quest anticipates that it can improve its home health services by utilizing MedXM’s extensive national network of over 1,700 medical professionals. Additionally, the purchase should build upon Quest’s reach within the growing mobile/home services market.
