Pennant Group Acquires CMS Home Health Care In Texas

The Pennant Group, Inc., acquired CMS Home Health Care, a Texas provider organization with locations in Brownwood and Coleman. The acquisition expands Pennant Group’s existing Texas home health locations in Abilene, Austin, and Dallas. The acquisition closed on September 16, 2020.
