LearnWell Acquires Comprehensive Counseling LCSWs

LearnWell, which provides mental health services in school settings, acquired Comprehensive Counseling LCSWs, a New York-based counseling provider organization. The acquisition allows LearnWell to offer a more holistic set of services, including virtual counseling, to partners in school districts, hospitals and treatment facilities. The new services will be initially offered in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.

The acquisition of Comprehensive Counseling was backed by an investment from 424 Capital and Eagle Private Capital. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
