Progressive Care To Acquire Telehealth Company MyApps Corp For $10.2 Million

On September 1, 2020, Progressive Care Inc., signed a letter of intent (LOI) to acquire MyApps Corp for $10.2 million. The majority ($7.5 million) will be paid in the form of Progressive Care common stock; the remaining $2.7 million will be paid in two annual installments.
