On August 27, 2020, Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson announced that the Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS) will add 700 slots to the state’s Community and Employment Supports (CES) Waiver program for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). The CES waiver covers Medicaid home- and community-based services (HCBS), supported living, adaptive equipment, specialized medical supplies, and supported employment.
