The California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA) selected Streamline Healthcare Solutions to create a semi-statewide electronic health record (EHR) for county public behavioral health programs. Participating counties will use Streamline’s solution called SmartCare to support optimal care for Medicaid beneficiaries, as well as to address the counties’ unique behavioral health business needs.
