On February 3, 2020, Greystone Healthcare Management (Greystone), a health care facility owner and operator, announced it had acquired Rosewood Care Centers from the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development for an undisclosed amount.  The acquisition includes 12 skilled nursing facilities and one supportive living community located across Illinois and Missouri. Court filings showed that there were four bids for the nursing home chain’s properties, which have been valued at $95 million. The 13 acquired locations include:
