Orange County California is rebidding its wraparound services, called Project Health, for children and transitional-age youth (TAY) with co-occurring mental and physical health disorders. The request for proposals (RFP 042-1484895-DV) was released December 8, 2021, and proposals are due by January 12, 2022. The services are for children and youth from birth to 26 years of age, residing in Orange County with a co-occurring mental and physical health diagnosis who are also experiencing a serious emotional disturbance (SED) or a serious mental illness (SMI).
