Partners Health Plan, New York Medicaid MCO For I/DD, Launches Expansion Plans

Partners Health Plan (PHP), a provider organization-led managed care organization (MCO) for individuals with intellectual/developmental disability (I/DD) in New York who are fully eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid, launched expansion plans to increase its penetration rate. PHP currently serves nearly 1,750 members in nine counties in the New York City metropolitan area. The goal is to attract new members while retaining current members.

PHP manages medical and long-term services and supports (LTSS) for people with I/DD eligible for support services through the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). About . . .
