On August 5, 2020, the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) announced it newly certified four organizations to provide specialized child residential settings under the Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA). Three of the provider organizations operate in the southeast region of the state: Bethany Home, Inc.; Carson Valley Children’s Aid; and Delta Family Services, LLC. The fourth organization, Cornell Abraxas Group, Inc., operates in the central region.
