Rhode Island Issues An RFP For A New Behavioral Health Emergency Response Service
On February 2, 2022, the Rhode Island Department of Behavioral Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Hospitals (BHDDH) released a request for proposals (RFP 7674816) seeking contractors to provide behavioral health crisis services. The approaches may be statewide or cover a limited geographic area with both mobile and street outreach capacity. Proposals are due by March 9, 2022. The contracts are slated to begin in the spring of 2022 for a one-year term. The contracts may be renewed for up to four additional 12-month periods.
