So it is official. The Change Healthcare data breach was the largest in health care history (see Change Healthcare Breach Affected 30% Of US Population).;The breach last February affected 100 million people, or nearly 30% of the U.S. population.;And the UnitedHealth Group (United) raised its estimate of the cost of the breach to $2.2 billion (see UnitedHealth Group CEO Witty Bullish On Medicare Advantage).
