New York Schools To Allow In-Person Special Education Services
New York state is permitting local schools to provide in-person special education services during the summer term, despite the ongoing coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic emergency. The ability to provide in-person services is due to an executive order signed by Governor Andrew Cuomo on June 5, 2020.
