To be successful, a strategic plan should go through a detailed implementation planning process that includes budget integration and feasibility analysis. This includes a detailed technology assessment to support the success of strategies. The technology planning includes an assessment of future technology needs, a gap analysis assessing current technology infrastructure, proposed solutions, and an estimated budget and timeline or implementing them.
