OPEN MINDS, The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News Illinois is putting its managed behavioral program out to bid. The state is requesting proposals for a fully capitated managed behavioral health benefit program for the 200,000 enrollees of the state's self-insured indemnity plans. A separate option may be included for an employee assistance program for 85,000 active state employees.
