Michael Lardieri, LCSW, Senior Vice President, Strategy, Core SolutionsMichael R. Lardieri serves as Senior Vice President – Strategy at Core Solutions. Mr. Lardieri has over 30 years of health care experience in inpatient, outpatient and managed care settings and was behavioral health administrator for one of the largest Federally Qualified Community Health Centers (FQHCs) in the nation. He has extensive experience in health plan operations, network development, population health, implementing electronic health record and other health information technologies, treatment of opioid addiction, and integrating behavioral health and primary care. His managed care experience includes senior positions in clinical and provider relations areas. In addition, as an experienced and licensed mental health professional, Mr. Lardieri not only provides consulting services in the fields of mental health and substance abuse but also in integrating these services with various medical fields. Mr. Lardieri is a Member of the National Quality Forum (NQF) Behavioral Health Measures Subcommittee. He serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Morehouse School of Medicine Health Policy Transdisciplinary Collaborative Center (TCC) for Health Disparities Research in Atlanta and the Georgia Health Information Technology Extension Center (GA-HITEC). He is an Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) Certified Health Information Technology (HIT) Clinician/Practitioner. Mr. Lardieri was a lead participant in developing the Patient Engagement Framework under the ONC and is a national presenter and educator in the areas of behavioral health technology, meaningful use, telebehavioral health and integrated care.

Jaime Madden, LCSW, COO, Advance Care Alliance (ACA/NY) and LIFEPlan CCO (LIFEPlan)Jaime has been working in the field of social services for 20 years in New York City. They are a licensed Clinical Social Worker and has experience in a variety of settings, including outpatient mental health clinics, residential programs, child welfare, and care management. They currently serve as the Chief Operating Officer at Advance Care Alliance (ACA/NY) and LIFEPlan CCO (LIFEPlan). Both companies are designated as Care Coordination Organizations/Health Homes dedicated to meeting the needs of people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. In October 2021, ACA/NY and LIFEPlan announced a strategic partnership through the creation of a Management Service Organization (MSO). The MSO, called Coordinated Care Alliance NY, maximizes opportunities, expands access to support, and strengthens internal operations across both ACA/NY and LIFEPlan. Collectively, the two organizations serve a combined 45,000 members throughout 45 counties in New York State. Jaime has experience building new programs from the ground up and enjoys strategic planning and large-scale implementation. Their philosophy is to adopt a person-centered approach in everything they do, and they aspire to run programs that truly serve the needs of the people they are meant to help. Jaime has a strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work and sees it as a critical tool for staff retention and development. By cultivating a diverse workforce, organizations are able to connect with a broader range of members, better understand needs, and offer inclusive solutions that reflect diverse perspectives.

Cordelia Nervi, Vice President of Health Information Technology and Analytics, Advance Care Alliance (ACA/NY) and LIFEPlan CCO (LIFEPlan)Cordelia holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Master’s degree in Library & Information Science and has more than 10 years of community healthcare experience in multiple roles. She currently serves as the Vice President of Health Information Technology & Analytics at Advance Care Alliance (ACA/NY) and LIFEPlan CCO (LIFEPlan). She has extensive experience in healthcare technology administration, along with reporting and data analysis. She firmly believes in the adage, “When you know better, you do better,” and strongly feels that when provided with meaningful data, social service organizations can work more efficiently and effectively to support members and their mission.
