Alaska Department of Corrections seeks a contractor to provide National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Carpentry Level 1 classes to inmate students at four correctional centers. The contractor will provide inmate students hands-on experience and foundational knowledge and technical skills in constructing permanent structures.
