New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division for Children, Youth, and Families seeks a contractor to provide an Interactive Educational Program that engages participants in a game-like experience, and which promotes positive relationships and collaboration between youth and law enforcement officers. Goals of this project include helping New Hampshire’s youth better understand their legal rights and best practices when interacting with law enforcement officers; decreasing youth escalation that occurs because of misunderstandings with law enforcement; and promoting positive interactions between law enforcement and the youth population.
