California Interagency Council on Homelessness (Cal ICH) seeks a contractor to provide technical assistance to Council member departments and agencies around using Homeless Data Integration System (HDIS) data and California System Performance Measures (CA SPMs) and to Continuums of Care (CoCs) and service providers to improve HDIS data quality and compliance, designing and implementing methodology improvements to the CA SPMs, and developing data visualization dashboards.
