California's Fresno County seeks a contractor to provide mentoring services to participants within the guidelines of an Adult Reentry Planning Program (ARPP). ARPP will provide various supportive services such as mentoring for individuals committed to Fresno County Jail for at least sixty days and/or on current supervision, 18-30 years of age, affiliated or previously affiliated with a gang, and with a medium to high risk to reoffend, for up to six months after release from custody.
