U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, Seamless Care Models Group announces the availability of funding for implementation of the Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) Access Model Grant. The purpose of this grant is to provide a voluntary Model that tests whether a CMS-led approach to developing and administering outcomes-based agreements (OBAs) for CGTs improves Medicaid beneficiary access to innovative treatment, improves health outcomes for Medicaid beneficiaries, and reduces health care expenditures.
