Connecticut's Town of Hamden Public Library seeks a contractor to provide social worker services to assist in three focus areas. These areas are to help establish and facilitate wraparound services for vulnerable patrons and residents by serving as coordinator between the library and other Town human services departments, to guide library staff in the appropriate development of a safe, supportive environment for such patrons and residents using a whole-person, trauma-based approach methodology, and to aid in advancement of programs/partnerships that would directly benefit such patrons and residents to include partnerships with local school of social work . . .
