Connecticut Department of Children and Families seeks a contractor to provide Family-Based Recovery (FBR) services. FBR is an intensive, in-home clinical treatment program for families with infants or young children (birth to 72 months) who are at risk for maltreatment, adverse developmental outcomes, and removal from their home due to parental substance use. The overarching goal of the intervention is to promote stability, safety, and permanence for these families.
