Connecticut Department of Correction (DOC) seeks a contractor to design and provide comprehensive Leadership Empowerment Training for incarcerated men at the DOC's TRUE Unit at Cheshire Correctional Institution. This training shall enable participants to equip participants themselves with fundamental leadership skills needed to thrive in their personal and professional endeavors.
