Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice seeks a contractor to provide an electronic system that supports the youth grievance process. System would support 25 facilities throughout the state of Georgia. This system would have the following capabilities: Youth directly file their grievance into the system Unique identifier for youth Tracking of grievance through the system Alerts/notification to user as to pending grievances, timelines, deficiencies, action taken, etc. Data compilation and reports (i.e.) Type of grievance, Timelines met/Compliance, # of grievances filed and by category Appeals Quality Assurance Reviews.
