New York's City of Buffalo Public Schools seeks a contractor to provide a therapeutic arts experience with students. The contractor will create murals with students, on either Masonite board or canvas, that foster self-esteem and self-awareness and promote insight to help break down the barriers and stigma of mental health issues that prevent youth from seeking mental health support.
