Amy Sargent has over twenty years’ experience in Healthcare and currently works as the Senior Director of Integrated Operations for Liberty Resources, Inc. Liberty is a designated Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and Federally Qualified Look-a-Like (FQHC LaL) Health Center. Amy holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University with a Certificate of Advanced Study in Healthcare Policy and Administration.

Leah Phaneuf, PhD, is a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience and serves as the Clinical Director of the Integrated Health Care Program at Liberty Resources. In her current role, Dr. Phaneuf focuses on integrating behavioral health services across diverse care settings, emphasizing collaborative care models that improve access to mental health services and enhance patient outcomes.
