Turning AI Into Clinical Advantage: The Christian Children’s Home of Ohio Case Study

July 20, 2026

1:00 – 2:00 pm ET

For specialty provider organizations, the strategic value in artificial intelligence (AI) depends on more than adopting new technology, it requires selecting tools that can turn complex clinical data into actionable insights that improve care delivery and operational performance.

For executive teams, the challenge is determining which AI solutions can realistically integrate into existing clinical workflows and electronic health records (EHRs) while delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, decision support, and service quality.

In this one-hour live presentation, Tonia Hanshaw, Special Projects Manager at Christian Children’s Home of Ohio (CCHO), will share how her organization successfully integrated AI tools into its longstanding EHR platform to streamline documentation, strengthen clinical workflows, and enhance care delivery.

Through this integration, CCHO implemented an AI-enabled documentation process that automatically generates formatted clinical notes, reducing documentation time by 80% from approximately 15 minutes to just 3 minutes per note.

What This Case Study Explores

This session examines how CCHO’s AI adoption process produced five key operational and clinical outcomes:

  • Greater operational efficiency
  • Improved client engagement
