Iowa Department of Corrections seeks a contractor to review the Batterer's Education Program (BEP). The contractor will review current curriculum and assist in implementing changes to ensure that BEP programming is evidence based and culturally competent and provide staff training to insure that a cadre of trainers will be developed representing each judicial district in Iowa. The contractor should demonstrate an ability to engage culturally diverse offenders and develop an Aftercare Program for community BEPs . . .
