Ohio's City of Dayton Metropolitan Housing Authority (DMHA) seeks a contractor to develop and deliver substance use and abuse training and education. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of educating DMHA staff about the major problems/issues represented by substance use in the workplace and other requirements outlined in the Drug-Free Workplace program through the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation.
