U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, White River Junction Veterans Affairs Medical Regional Office Center announces the availability of funding for a contractor to provide emergency shelter and support services for homeless veterans in White River Junction, Vermont. In order to achieve this goal, the Veterans Affairs, in coordination with community resources, will develop treatment plans that address the individual needs of the homeless veteran. A Veterans Affairs case manager will be assigned to each case.
