Vermont Department for Children and Families seeks a contractor to provide a variety of supports to children, families and foster families. The program includes screening or new entrants into custody, assistance with the establishment of family connections, family time coaching (supervision of visits and modeling for parents), case care coordination and crisis intervention, community skills work and facilitation of guided family decision making using the models for Family Safety Planning and Family Group Conferencing.
