Vermont Department of Corrections (DOC) seeks individual or organization to provide a mentoring program for women who are in prison at Northwest State Correctional Facility in Swanton, Vermont, and are reentering into the Chittenden County area. Functions would include, but would not be limited to, the recruitment of mentees from the prisons and volunteer community mentors, and the training and supervision of the volunteer mentors. Qualifications include knowledge of corrections and the criminal justice process, and the ability to negotiate collaborative working relationships . . .
