The Division of WorkersÕ Compensation within TDI is required by Texas Labor Code ¤413.011 to adopt reimbursement methodologies that result in effective cost containment and fair and reasonable reimbursement for services and treatments provided in the Texas WorkersÕ Compensation System. TDI seeks proposals for professional actuary services to recommend a market based standard for pharmaceutical services and index current Texas workersÕ compensation reimbursement to the new market based standard for pharmaceutical services, and to compare and index other health care systems . . .
