Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) seeks a contractor to perform conduct an internal audit of the finances and operation of the Department. The MDVA consists of three veterans services programs, including the State Soldiers Assistance Program, and the five Minnesota Veterans Homes in Fergus Falls, Hastings, Luverne, Minneapolis and Silver Bay, as well as the Central Office Administration.
