Alaska Department of Corrections, Division of Institutions seeks a contractor to review/analyze the departmentÕs new standardized menu to ensure that it meets all recommended daily dietary allowances. The menu requiring analysis is on a 4-week cycle. The contractor shall provide a report with their recommendations or concerns. If modifications are necessary to the menu before implementation in the institutions, a second review may be necessary.
