Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) seeks a contractor for the acquisition of services for the first phase of the TWC 's redesign of its web site. TWC needs to update the look and functionality of its Internet web site and will do so incrementally. This project, the first phase in the complete redesign, includes redesigning the layout and content of TWCÕs home page and customer menus, and the layout alone for the detailed menus; planning for the subsequent redesign phases which TWC will implement later as funds and time allow; and establishing a governance process for TWCÕs subsequent updates . . .
